Ahmet Çınar: A Talk on Rugs and TraditionAhmet Çınar: A Talk on Rugs and Tradition

Ahmet Çınar brings his extensive experience from the rug trade to Someone's House in Dubai, speaking with the authority of someone who has lived it, where the intricate blend of materials, the effort of labor, and the passage of time coalesce into a single, hand-crafted surface imbued with purpose. He handles each rug as if it were a historical document. Motifs often convey hidden messages. Decisions made in haste are reflected in the wool and dye. With a controlled approach, Ahmet Çınar builds his speech, imprinting a significant intellectual legacy.
